We’d stayed there for three days and were so glad to meet such a friendly host and the staff.Hotel is super pet-friendly,my cat had been walking everywhere without any restrictions. Special thanks to Deniz,He is really highly professional.And he gave us very interesting excursion.Hotel’s atmosphere is so warm and cozy.Of course I have to mention the location,5mins walk to the most popular sights. Highly recommend this hotel!

Located right in front of Hippodrome Sphendone, within walking distance from every SultanAhmet historical sites, this classic stay has large rooms, nice breakfast and better than all of that, the handsome owner Mr. Deniz knows everything about the history and geography and tourism industry and he didn't mind sharing all that knowledge with us! We extended our stay to 8 nights, and will go there again. They helped us with everything, car rental, airport transfer, even where we should go and how to visit different sites. Owner even invited us to a tourism related event in another city (which we enjoyed) and we continued our trip from there. Very nice experience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a quiet part of Sultanahmet and just a few minutes walk from many historic attractions. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of character with the interesting pieces of furniture. The bed was huge and tucked into its own nook. The bathroom was clean, but there’s a faint smell of what I think is mildew that wouldn’t go away. Breakfast was simple and traditional. We especially enjoyed the jams and butter with the crusty bread. The owner, Deniz is a welcoming and kind person. Our 2 year old really enjoyed all the times Deniz danced and sang with her and all the “hocus pocus” tricks he showed her.

Wonderful... Location Excellent, service was good, thanks to Mr. Maksoud who was helpful and to Mr. Denis who gave us an excellent presentation of the area and its history. He gave us a lot of advice and good plans for our visit. Several historic locations are less than 500 meters. I recommend it.

This hotel/villa is definitely not a 4* it doesn't even pass health and safety. I'm absolutely disgusted and can not believe my own eyes. The room is full of mould and not clean. There were broken furniture like the photo I have attached. The sofa fabric was ripped. The aircon was not functioning, I turned it on and all the electricity in the villa went off when the temp was boiling hot! I couldn't stay in the hotel and had to leave to go outside as me and my husband couldn't breathe in there and if we had stayed the night we would have been hospitalised with asthma attacks. The jacuzzi which we had initially booked for hadn't worked for 4 years! The bath was not clean and also the bath curtain had mould on it. I thank God that I had booked with booking.com and they found me another hotel on the same night.
